1. Processing Times
▪All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
▪Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
▪If we experience high order volume, processing times may be delayed by 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your
location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery windows:
-Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
-Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
-Express / Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays and destination.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

-International: Most countries
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are for some countries included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
-We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
-If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the claim.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
9. Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to update the address, items, or shipping method.
