1. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size or colour, or decide you no longer want the item.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and provide instructions.
If a return is required, we will cover or reimburse return postage.
3. UK Customers — Legal Rights
UK customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This does not apply to change-of-mind returns, which we do not accept.
4. International Customers (Rest of World)
For customers outside the UK, the same principles apply:
We will provide a replacement or refund only when an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping delays, customs processing, or preference changes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued when:
A product is confirmed faulty
A product arrives damaged
A product is not as described
A parcel is confirmed lost after courier investigation
A refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws
How refunds are processed:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear.
Shipping costs are refundable only when we are at fault (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order does not arrive:

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or provide a refund.
7. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong size, colour, or item ordered by the customer
Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather
Items returned without our prior approval
Final-sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International)
International customers may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
